Making money online is one of the coolest ways to earn extra cash.
There are so many ways to make money online and make a good living out of it too.
Today I’m going to share with you 15 ways to make money online. Some of these ways will be quick and easy jobs, and some will require more work to build. I recommend trying out a bunch of them to see how they work.
Here we go!
1. Online surveys
Online surveys is one of the most popular ways to make money online. Because it’s one of the easiest ways to get paid immediately and it’s effortless, many people look to paid online survey websites to earn extra income.
All you need to do is sign up for a few online survey websites. And then begin filling out surveys they offer. Once you fill them out, you will be paid. It’s really as simple as that.
Here are a few of my favorite (and trusted) online paid survey websites I recommend:
Panel PayDay Survey
American Consumer Survey
2. Start a money making blog
A blog is one of those things that you need to build up over time. Once it’s made and you have everything running smoothly, you’ll be making well over $15 an hour – even while you sleep.
A blog is a website that will make you money during the day or night even when you’re not working on it. It’s my favorite way to make money online and I highly recommend anyone who wants to find a long term way to make money online to consider starting a blog that makes money.
3. Write for websites and blogs
If you are a good writer and know how to reach out to bloggers and other website owners, you can make a lot of money writing for others peoples blogs.
Many blogs are desperate for new content to keep their websites relevant and fresh. Bloggers and businesses can pay well over $50 per article if you are a good writer and are knowledgable about your topic.
For example, a health blog I frequent is written mostly by people who are paid writers. This is a health blog that has many health experts writing for them. They pay anywhere from $35-$50 for an article.
All you really need is an email address at a minimum to make money writing for other blogs and websites. You need to reach out to blogs you’d like to write for and give them a reason to hire you! Perhaps a free article or samples of your work can get you started with this.
4. Write content through online job sites
Instead of reaching out on your own to blogs and websites, you can also find work on online job places like Upwork.com. This is a market place where writers and people who need writers can connect and help each other.
You can be a writer of any kind. Because people on Upwork need articles written on many different types of topics. Check them out.
5. Make money on Fiverr
Fiverr is one of the coolest things on the internet. When I first discovered it years ago I used it a lot to get work done for me. My most recent things I did on Fiverr was get a logo made and I only paid $5.
Fiverr is a website where people offer things in exchange for $5. The things offered will vary so wildly it will blow your mind.
For example, as a person who needs a gig done on fiverr, you can pay $5 for a British person to sing happy birthday to your friend in a British accent, or proof read an article for you, or do your math homework, or give you relationship advice.
It’s just one of those places that’s a big magical.
To make money on Fiverr, you will want to sign up here. When you’re signed up, you can begin offering “gigs” for money. The gig you offer can be just about anything. As long as people are willing to pay you money for it.
Your gig can be funny and weird, like recording yourself dancing in a banana suit singing happy birthday to someone, or it can be something a little more normal like writing a short article for someone.
6. Sell things on Etsy
Etsy is a online market place where people sell their own stuff, usually their own hand crafted things. But you can sell a lot of different things on Etsy.
You’ll need to be able to make some sort of hand craft things. If you visit Etsy, you can get an idea of all the cool things people are making and selling. Some people have so much success on it that it has become their full time job to make and sell things on Etsy!
7. Sell Things on Amazon
We all know Amazon! It’s the marketplace that sells just about everything. Did you know that you could also sign up for Amazon and sell your own stuff too? It’s pretty much the new eBay. You can sell a variety of products, new or used. As long as there is a demand for it you can make money.
One thing a lot of people are doing is that they buy things in bulk for really cheap. And then they sell them on Amazon for a larger price.
8. Become a virtual assistant
A virtual assistant is someone who works for a company or a person remotely. So instead of going to the office every day to work, you work from home. The freedom is excellent because you can be in your pajamas making money. I love that concept!
A virtual assistant can be just about anything. Your job duties could be answering emails or proof reading content, or data entry. If you google virtual assistant jobs, you’ll find many ideas and companies ready to hire you.
9. Be an online tutor
Gone are the days you need to visit someone or someone needs to come to your house to tutor. You can tutor people right from your home.
And the nice thing is you can tutor anything. It doesn’t have to be education like math or science. It can be music or dance. Nowadays, everyone is looking to get help with everything, and they are turning to online tutoring as a way to get this help.
If you have a skill that you can teach someone, you can potentially be a tutor. Check out google for tutor opportunities.
10. Teach a skill on Udemy
Udemy is one of the best places online to learn just about anything. For example, I bought a course on stock investing on Udemy when I wanted to learn more about investing in stocks.
Udemy is a online educational website where instructors teach people (mostly through video) many different things. They can charge $10 to hundreds of dollars per course.
If you have expertise in anything, consider teaching it on Udemy. you’d need to be somewhat comfortable on video and expressing yourself. But people are making full time incomes teaching on Udemy.
